Please review the policies specific to your product’s category. By placing an order with Yotto Overland, you acknowledge and agree to all applicable policies.
Before placing your order, ensure that the selected parts and color are compatible with your vehicle’s year, make, and model. Our team is more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have before purchase, and we have a fast response time.
Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Made-to-order and paint-to-order items require 0–5 weeks for production before shipment.
Once an order is entered into production, it cannot be canceled.
If a customer requests a cancellation within the agreed lead time, the payment processing fee charged by the payment provider (2.7% plus $0.30) is non-refundable.
If the product is returnable, it must be in unused, open-box condition. Returns can be made within 7 days of delivery. However, items that have been assembled, installed, modified, or show any signs of use are not eligible for return.

A restocking fee of 20% or more applies to all approved returns, unless the return is due to an error on our end.
If the order was originally shipped for free, or if we provide a return shipping label, the applicable shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund, in addition to the restocking fee.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, with proof of delivery, are not eligible for replacement or refund if later reported missing. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a carrier investigation or package search claim. Replacements and refunds will not be issued while the claim is under review.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the order will be treated as a return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees, carrier charges, or restocking fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
All custom-painted items are provided as a refinishing service. For this reason, all sales are generally final.
If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and work with you to provide a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or return depending on the circumstances.
We take pride in delivering a quality finish; however, we do not advertise or guarantee a flawless concours-level paint job or a 100% color match. Our paint service should be understood as a high-quality production paint service that closely matches your OEM color using premium materials and detailed craftsmanship.
Minor paint imperfections and slight color variations may occur and are typically minimal. These factors do not qualify the product as “not as described” and are not grounds for return or refund.
Any damage or concerns must be reported prior to assembly or installation.
Minor Imperfection: Due to the nature of shipping freshly painted parts, minor surface scratches or small dings may occur. These can typically be corrected with light polishing or detailing. Such minor imperfections are not considered damage and are not grounds for dispute or return. In these cases, we provide a polishing compound kit to help restore the finish.
Chips: In case a chipped clear coat occurs during transit, we will either take the part back for repainting or send you a replacement.
Significant Damage: Painted parts with critical damage—such as cracks and dislocation that prevent proper installation. In these cases, we will replace the damaged part.
During the warranty period, if paint failure occurs due to a coating defect (and not from improper installation, physical damage, misuse, or natural causes), we will provide repair or replacement services. We do not offer warranty coverage for damage caused by human error or God's plan.
Our vinyl material are not stretchable wrap films like premium 3M vinyl wraps. They are designed to be installed using a wet application method, with waterborne adhesion promoter used as an installation aid.
For best results, professional installation is recommended. Minor edge trimming may be required during installation to achieve the final fit and cleanest appearance.
We don’t provide replacements for individual sections. If you encounter any installation issues, you can use the code “Replcement20” to receive a 20% discount on a complete set. Please ensure that you enter the code under your purchaser’s email address, and it can only be used once per account.
These factors do not qualify as “inaccurate descriptions” and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
All drawer systems are made to order. Production usually takes about 3 weeks from the date of purchase, and shipping takes an additional 2-3 weeks to our warehouse for inspection before we dispatch.
There are two different versions of these drawer systems:
The dimensions and construction of each version differ. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify their vehicle configuration before placing an order.
Orders placed for the incorrect vehicle configuration are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to the custom-built nature of these products.
Because all drawer systems are built specifically for each order, all sales are final once production begins.
We do not accept returns for:
Yotto Overland splits shipping and insurance by 50% with the customer.
In the unfortunate event that shipping damage occurs, replacement parts for damaged drawer components are available and will be provided.
We do not offer complete drawer replacements for minor or moderate shipping damage.
A full replacement will only be considered if the drawer system is delivered in a condition deemed total loss, meaning the unit is structurally compromised beyond reasonable repair or replacement of individual components.
*Yotto Overland reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies for replacement parts or a complete replacement based on submitted photos and inspection of the damage.

By purchasing and using the Combusto Diesel Heater, you assume full responsibility for its operation and any associated risks. Yotto Overland is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, equipment failure, legal penalties, financial loss, or other damages resulting from the installation, use, misuse, or maintenance of the product. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure the heater is properly installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and all applicable local laws and regulations.
By purchasing from Yotto Overland, you acknowledge and agree that preparation, assembly, and installation are the customer’s responsibility.
Any installation errors, improper assembly, modifications, or damage caused during installation are not valid grounds to classify the product as unacceptable, defective, or eligible for return under our return policy.
However, replacement parts may be available at a reasonable cost in cases where damage occurs due to improper installation or handling.
By tagging us or using our designated hashtags on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, repost, reproduce, modify, and/or distribute the tagged content, including images, videos, or captions, for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes.
