Policy

Please review the items in your cart to ensure they are correct prior check out and read the policies specific to your product category. By placing an order with Yotto Overland, you acknowledge and agree to all applicable product and refinishing service policies.

Fitment Verification

  • Before purchasing, please ensure that the selected parts and color match the year and model of your vehicle. If you need any assistance, contact us at any time before the purchase—there should be no guesswork when placing your order.
  • After purchasing, you’ll verify that all selections are correct on the confirmation page and email. Contact us before we process your order to make any changes.

Lead Time

  • Most orders are shipped within the next two days.
  • Made-to-order and paint-to-order items have a lead time of 0 to 5 weeks.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed.
  • A 2.7% + $0.30 transaction processing fee charged by payment provider is non-refundable for cancellations resulting from customer's request or reasons not caused by us.

Lost/Stolen/Delayed Packages

  • Orders marked as “Delivered” with proof of delivery are not eligible for replacement if they are later claimed to be missing.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages.
  • For Lost in Transit packages, we will file a package search claim. However, we do not offer replacements or refunds within the search period.

Failed Delivery / Rejected Packages

  • If a package is refused or returned due to an unsuccessful delivery, the order will be canceled and treated as a return.

General Returns

  • If a return is requested due to a confirmed defect, all applicable fees will be covered by us.
  • Unused, open-box items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returns, except in cases where the item is received damaged or defective.
  • If a return shipping label is provided, both the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Quality Control

We provide a mid-tier, production-paced paint finish. While we do not advertise our finishes as flawless or show-car quality, we strive to deliver the best possible results with every order.

Return Policy

  • Once the order is processed, paint-to-order parts are "generally non-returnable."
  • For any errors on our part, we will either cover all return fees or offer a replacement.
  • If our no-return policy feels too restrictive, we do accept returns with in 7 days of delivery—provided the buyer covers the return shipping cost and a 30% repolishing fee on all painted parts.
  • Approved returns must be in unassembled and uninstalled condition. If the part shows any signs of wear from assembly or installation, we may deny the return or apply a higher restocking fee.

Damaged During Shipping

  • Any damage or concerns must be reported prior to assembly or installation.
  • Minor Imperfection: Due to the nature of shipping freshly painted parts, minor surface scratches or small dings may occur. These can typically be corrected with light polishing or detailing. Such minor imperfections are not considered damage and are not grounds for dispute or return. In these cases, we provide a polishing compound kit to help restore the finish.
  • Chips: In case a chipped clear coat occurs during transit, we will either take the part back for repainting or send you a replacement.
  • Significant Damage: Painted parts with significant damage—such as cracks that prevent proper installation. In these cases, we will replace the damaged part.

Exchanges

All exchanges are processed as new purchases.

Lost/Stolen/Delayed

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit for 14 days or more, we will offer a replacement after all reasonable attempts to locate the shipment have failed.
  • Once a shipment is confirmed delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We cannot replace or reimburse items reported missing after confirmed delivery.

Warranty Coverage

  • Color-matched parts: 1-year warranty
  • Raptorized products: 1-year warranty

Our warranty covers coating issues only and does not extend to accidental damage, natural wear, or the product itself. During the warranty period, if paint failure occurs due to a coating defect (and not from improper installation, physical damage, misuse, or natural causes), we will provide repair or replacement services. We do not offer warranty coverage for damage caused by human error or God's plan.

Disclaimer

  • Yotto Overland specializes in custom refinishing services. The price reflects the labor, materials, and time required to professionally refinish the part. The included base component simply serves as the foundation for the refinishing work, and its cost is not considered in the listed service price.
  • Freshly painted parts are fragile and delicate. Although we take every precaution in packaging and protection, we cannot guarantee that painted surfaces will be completely free of minor imperfections that may occur during shipping.
  • Any minor cosmetic imperfections caused by shipping that can be polished are not considered damage or defects and do not qualify for a return, partial refund, or exchange.
  • We use factory paint codes to achieve the closest possible match. A 100% perfect color matching cannot be guaranteed due to material differences.
  • Slight color variation does not qualify as a product “not as described.” If a color is visibly incorrect compared to your vehicle, we will rework the item or issue a refund.
  • We don’t advertise our paint finish as flawless.

Installation Responsibility

Assembly and installation are the customer’s responsibility. Difficulties or frustration during installation are not valid grounds for return or compensation. If damage occurs due to improper installation or user error, replacement parts can be provided at a reasonable cost.

Returns Acceptable Before Installation

  • Professional installation is required.
  • Inspect your decal upon arrival for personal liking and condition before installation.
  • Once peeled off, the decal is considered used and is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns will subject to a 20% and up restocking fee depending on returned condition.

Warranty After Installation

  • Once installed, decals is covered by 1 year warranty. A replacement set may be offered at a discounted price during the warranty period.
  • Installation errors (creasing, misalignment, bubbling, peeling, etc.) are the responsibility of the installer.

Color & Fitment

  • Slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
  • All decals are tested to fit OEM specifications under proper installation.
  • Decals are intentionally printed slightly oversized (with an excess safety line) to allow trimming for a precise fit.

These factors do not qualify as “inaccurate descriptions” and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Return & Warranty

Due to regulations on shipment of chemical hazards:

  • Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee including hazmat fee.
  • We provide repair or replacement services for part failures reported within three (3) months of delivery.
  • Yotto Overland is not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or injuries arising from installation, operation, or use of this product.
  • This unit and its components are produced by a third-party manufacturer. Yotto Overland’s role is solely that of a distributor.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using the Combusto Diesel Heater, you assume full responsibility for its operation and associated risks. Yotto Overland is not liable for:

  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Equipment failure
  • Legal penalties
  • Financial loss

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and local regulations.
