Policy Agreement

Please review the policy specific to the product you are purchasing, as each item have its own terms. By placing an order with Yotto Overland, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all applicable product and service policies associated with your purchase.

General Info

Lead Time

  • Most orders ship within next day to a 4 weeks lead time.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns on used products. Eligible items may be returned in open-box condition only if they are unused and in pristine condition.
  • If we provide a return shipping label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee based on the condition of the item upon return.

Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of 20% or more applies to all returns, except in cases where the item is received damaged or defective, with valid proof provided.
  • All round-trip shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost / Delayed Packages

  • We’ll assist with lost or stolen packages, but we do not replace orders marked as “Delivered” and later claimed as missing.
  • If a package is delayed or stuck in transit for 21+ days, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.

Failed Delivery / Rejected Packages

  • If a package is refused or returned due to an unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you first to arrange a possible redelivery. Otherwise, the order will be canceled and treated as a return.



Partner Fulfillment/Drop Ship Policy

All drop-shipped products follow the return and warranty policies of the original manufacturer or partner seller. Any approved return must be shipped back to the original sender, not to Yotto Overland.

Painted Parts Policy

Quality Assurance

We offer a mid-tier refinishing service contracting licensed painters, top shelf materials, and a professional spray booth. While we don’t promise a “perfect” finish, each part is polished and inspected before shipping. If an issue occurs due to our workmanship or shipping, we will provide a reasonable solution at all costs.

Returns

  • Please always confirm the correct fitment and color before purchasing.
  • Custom-painted items are generally non-returnable.
  • For authorized return, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping fee and restocking fee.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are treated as new purchases.

Facts on Color Matching

  • We use factory paint codes for the closest possible match.
  • Variations in material mean a 100% perfect match cannot be guaranteed.
  • If the color is visibly off compared to OEM, we will redo or refund—no questions asked.

Warranty

  • All color-matched parts are backed by a 1-year warranty.
  • All Raptorized products are backed by a lifetime warranty.

With in or out of the warranty period, if any paint failure occurs on its own (not caused by installation errors, physical damage, or acts of nature), we will provide a replacement at no cost or at a discounted rate, depending on the situation.

Paint Protection Vinyl/Graphics Policy

Returns Acceptable Before Installation

  • Inspect your decal upon arrival for condition, color accuracy, and fitment before installation.
  • Do not install the decal if you are inexperienced. Once peeled off, the decal is considered used and is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns must be unpeeled and in original condition.
  • Refunds are issued minus round trip shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% and up restocking fee depending on condition.
  • If damage or wear is found, the refund may be denied and package will be reship back to you.

Warranty After Installation

  • Once installed, decals is covered by 1 year warranty. A replacement set may be offered at a discounted price during the warranty period.
  • Installation errors (creasing, misalignment, bubbling, peeling, etc.) are the responsibility of the installer.

Color & Fitment

  • Slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
  • All decals are tested to fit OEM specifications under proper installation.
  • Decals are intentionally printed slightly oversized (with an excess safety line) to allow trimming for a precise fit.

These factors do not qualify as “inaccurate descriptions” and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Return & Warranty

Due to regulations on shipment of chemical hazards:

  • Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee including hazmat fee.
  • We provide repair or replacement services for part failures reported within three (3) months of delivery.
  • Yotto Overland is not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or injuries arising from installation, operation, or use of this product.
  • This unit and its components are produced by a third-party manufacturer. Yotto Overland’s role is solely that of a distributor.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using the Combusto Diesel Heater, you assume full responsibility for its operation and associated risks. Yotto Overland is not liable for:

  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Equipment failure
  • Legal penalties
  • Financial loss

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and local regulations.

Chargeback Policy

We value every customer and stand firmly behind our service and reputation. If you believe we have not provided reasonable service or product quality, we will carefully review the matter and take appropriate responsibility in line with our policies, offering the best resolution we can.

In rare and extreme circumstances, if a request falls outside of our published policies or is deemed unreasonable, we reserve the right to respectfully decline service. The matter may be escalated through dispute. Please note that all disputes will be fully contested, with supporting documentation provided to ensure a fair and balanced review from both perspectives.

Fraudulent chargebacks — including false claims of unauthorized purchases, missing shipments, or misrepresented products — will be fully disputed and rebilled with supporting documentation. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action and involve collection agencies if necessary.

User-Generated Content Usage Policy

By tagging us or using our designated hashtags on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, repost, reproduce, modify, and/or distribute the tagged content, including images, videos, or captions, for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes.
