So we adjusted the formula—smoothing out the heavy “popcorn” texture into a subtle, powder-coat-like finish while keeping the same hardcore protection against UV, weather, and trail damage. Our plain 2024 grille is built to OEM fitment, specifications, and structure, and finished with a satin black coating on the panel. The standard Rubicon Grey trim on our grille features a solid, durable coating designed to withstand harsh chemicals such as strip wash and alcohol. Every color shown in our listing means we either have it in stock or already have the paint mixed and ready to spray. These are factory-code–matched colors that we purchase by the gallon.If your color isn’t listed, no worries — we can mix it through our local supplier.Just leave a note at checkout or reach out to us. We can do any color with a valid paint code, but we cannot match colors based on photos or HEX codes. Sorry!

Do your tape-on parts fly off?

They fly off the moment you start driving—just kidding.Our tape-on parts are built to stay put. We use 3M VHB tape—the same type strong enough to hold heavy wall hangers—and we’ve tested it through drive-through car washes on our own Jeep and Bronco. When the surface is properly prepped, the bond is extremely secure—we’ve had to fight to remove it ourselves.When it’s time to take it off, the tape removes cleanly in one piece—unlike crappy tapes that crumble and leave a mess.

Do you offer any warranty on your paint work?

We stand behind our work with a solid warranty and a commitment to taking care of our customers.Our painted parts include a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, including acidic chemicals used in certain car washes, harsh cleaners, or pressure washing.If an issue arises outside the warranty period, we still have your back — we offer discounted replacement options to help keep your build looking its best.

Simply use a pry tool to pop out the factory cover and replace.

Note:

This product begins with a grainy, textured surface. We scuff it to ensure paint adhesion, but we don’t sand it to a completely flat finish. Just like the cowl panel, the underlying texture may still be visible through the clear coat. This is normal and not considered a defect.
