What is a Two-Tone Willys style or 392 grille?

The iconic Willys style and some 392 grilles only get the surround pieces color-matched.The 7-slot trim and the main center panel (usually colored) stay in matte black, just like the photo below.

What does “Raptorzied” mean?

Truck Bed Liners!For Jeeps, though, we wanted a finish that looked tougher yet more OEM(less clumpy). So we adjusted the formula—smoothing out the heavy “popcorn” texture into a subtle, powder-coat-like finish while keeping the same hardcore protection against UV, weather, and trail damage. The result is smooth coating that shrugs off the elements and requires almost no upkeep.

What should I know about the build quality of your 2024 grille?

Our plain 2024 grille is built to OEM fitment, specifications, and structure, and finished with a satin black coating on the panel. The standard Rubicon Grey trim on our grille features a solid, durable coating designed to withstand harsh chemicals such as strip wash and alcohol. While many aftermarket grilles on the market rely on lower-grade materials and less precise molding—often resulting in inconsistent fitment and incorrect dimensions—these differences are usually only noticeable when compared side by side.Photo by @Mexican_Overlander

I can’t seem to find the COLOR I’m looking for!

Every color shown in our listing means we either have it in stock or already have the paint mixed and ready to spray. These are factory-code–matched colors that we purchase by the gallon.If your color isn’t listed, no worries — we can mix it through our local supplier.Just leave a note at checkout or reach out to us. We can do any color with a valid paint code, but we cannot match colors based on photos or HEX codes. Sorry!

Do your tape-on parts fly off?

They fly off the moment you start driving—just kidding.Our tape-on parts are built to stay put. We use 3M VHB tape—the same type strong enough to hold heavy wall hangers—and we’ve tested it through drive-through car washes on our own Jeep and Bronco. When the surface is properly prepped, the bond is extremely secure—we’ve had to fight to remove it ourselves.When it’s time to take it off, the tape removes cleanly in one piece—unlike crappy tapes that crumble and leave a mess.

Do you offer any warranty on your paint work?

We stand behind our work with a solid warranty and a commitment to taking care of our customers.Our painted parts include a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, including acidic chemicals used in certain car washes, harsh cleaners, or pressure washing.If an issue arises outside the warranty period, we still have your back — we offer discounted replacement options to help keep your build looking its best.

Customer service was outstanding. I wasn’t expecting someone to answer so many questions late at night and still get my order shipped out the very next day. The difficulty of assembly was honestly warned, in reality, it was a 5 minutes job. All you had to do was clip the tabs into the buckles of the grille. The paint work came out amazing, and the new grille completely transformed the look of the vehicle. Definitely looking forward to coming back for more parts in the future.

Paint looks good. Wish the parts were factory mopar for the price. No instructions included or easily found. Ordered ‘24 grille with the camera opening and on my old grille there were provisions for attachment points for the wiring which this did not have. Overall it looks as advertised though. I’d definitely spring for the minimal assembly fee

The grille looks fantastic on my 2018 JLU Sahara! I would highly encourage anyone who is on the fence about buying a '24 grille from Yotto Overland to pull the trigger. If you go with the pre-assembly option, it takes less than 15 minutes to swap the grille. My only regret was not ordering a set of the pre-runner lights to go with it!

Great product, nicely packaged but still a couple of nicks on the paint when it came out of the box. Really take your time on putting the pieces together. It was a nightmare getting every tab lined up. The installation instructions and video aren't very clear. I used way more of the clips than two, just look at your old when when you take it off. Very happy for the cost paid. Only gripes are assembly instructions and the couple of nicks from shipping.

Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this grille off Amazon or eBay — I learned that the hard way cuz none of the color matched. I ended up returning both and finally said I’m done being cheap. You really do get what you pay for with Yotto — the quality of the paint job is insane and it is a 100% match.

I got a billet silver grille from eBay for made cheap but it was horribly color-matched — there was no metallic flake under the clear coat at all. When Yotto came out with the Raptor Lined Grill, I HAD to get one myself!! The texture matches perfectly with my fenders and bumper. Just makes everything match and adds protection! When this new grille style came out I honestly wasn't too sure about them, but they've really grown on me! Now only do I think it looks far better on my Jeep giving it a very fresh look but I love that the new design allows a little more room for the winch! With my old grille my winch barely fit pushed up hard against the grille. If you're looking to upgrade, definitely consider @yottooverland as he will custom paint any grille you want and does an amazing job!!
